Professional PDF exports
If you paid for a PDF but the file was not generated or could not be downloaded correctly because of a technical problem, contact [email protected]. Include the account email, project name, and Stripe receipt or Checkout reference so we can verify the payment and delivery record.
We will provide a working download or refund the affected export when our records confirm that the paid PDF was not delivered correctly. Successfully generated and downloaded exports are normally not refundable unless required by law.
Pro subscriptions
Pro can be canceled at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and access normally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.
Subscription charges are normally non-refundable after the paid period has started, except for duplicate charges, confirmed technical failures, or where applicable law requires a refund.
Payment processing
Stripe handles payment processing and card information. Veltril Quote uses Stripe payment and subscription status to review refund requests; we never ask you to email complete card details.
